Noelle Ghanem is a Berlin-based Head of Design at Revolut with 12+ years of experience crafting impactful product experiences across Europe, China, South America, and the MENA region. A co-founder of two startups and former designer at N26 and KPMG, she brings a rare blend of design expertise and product management acumen to highly regulated industries. Beyond her professional work, Noelle champions human-centred design through mentorship, public speaking, and her role in launching the OpenIDEO Beirut Chapter for social impact.
