Use the search bar on the homepage to search by name, company, role, or location. You can also browse by design category (Product, Brand, Graphic, Motion, Director or Engineer). Each designer profile links directly to their portfolio website.
What types of designers are on roster.so?
roster features designers across five disciplines: Product Design (UI/UX, digital products), Brand Design (identity, visual systems), Graphic Design (print, typography), Design Engineering (design & code) and the roles of Directors (VP, Head of Design, Founding Designers).
How do I get listed on roster.so?
Submit your portfolio at roster.so/submit. The review process takes 24 hours. roster maintains strict curation standards, not every submission is accepted.
Is roster.so free to use?
Browsing the designer directory is completely free. Companies can post open design roles for a fee. The In-feed placement costs $129, and a featured placement costs $249. All listings are avtivated for 30 days.
How much does it cost to post a job on roster.so?
Roster offers two placement tiers: In-feed ($129) places your role between designer listings & Featured ($249) gives you premium carousel position at the top of the page. Both placements run for 30 days. There are no additional fees or commissions.
How is roster.so different from Dribbble or Behance?
Dribbble and Behance are open platforms who focus on visuals. Roster.so values the designer's position and contribution over any visual work online. This means higher signal-to-noise ratio for companies looking to hire.
Can I contact designers directly through roster.so?
roster.so links directly to each designer's personal website or portfolio. Contact happens through their site, not through roster. This keeps designers in control of their inbound.
How often is roster.so updated?
