Alex Muench is the Lead Product Designer at Doist, where he shapes the user experience of Todoist and Twist across Web, Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS. Based remotely in Germany, he brings senior-level expertise in UI/UX design, illustration, and productivity-focused digital products. His work is centered on crafting intuitive digital experiences for human-centered platforms at scale.

I'm a founder and designer who co-founded Random Access Memories, a venture-backed company building Pool — an iOS app that turns screenshots into something useful. I also co-own the design magazine Minimalissimo and co-founded Spinoff Studio and Literal, a social platform for books that grew to over 100k users. Previously, I ran Some Studio for nearly a decade, working with over 100 brands including Porsche, H&M, and Red Bull, and founded Minimal Gallery, a curated source of website inspiration that ran from 2013 until its acquisition in 2026.
