John Voss is a San Francisco-based generalist product designer and Head of Product Design at Descript, where he leads the charge on building innovative creator tools at the intersection of design and emerging technology. With a career spanning impactful roles at Squarespace, Stitch Fix, and as a co-founder of Queer Design Club, he brings a rare blend of systems thinking, people-centered design, and cross-functional leadership.
