Randy J. Hunt is a New York-based designer and design leader currently serving as Head of Design at Notion and Chair of the MFA Design program at the School of Visual Arts. With over 20 years of professional experience, he has held VP of Design roles at Etsy, Artsy, and Grab, shaping product design across some of the world's most influential multi-sided marketplaces. He is also the author of Product Design for the Web (New Riders, 2013) and co-founded Supermarket, an early designer-made goods marketplace.

With a career defined by shaping the tools people rely on most, Ryo Lu has held design leadership roles at some of Silicon Valley's most influential product companies—including Cursor, Notion, Stripe, and Asana. As a founding designer and design lead at Notion and now Head of Design at Cursor, he brings a maker's sensibility to complex, utility-driven products. Ryo's work sits at the intersection of clarity and craft, consistently raising the bar for how thoughtful design elevates the everyday tools we use to work and think.
